Key Biscayne, FL Key Biscayne, FL Full-time Full-time $26 an hour $26 an hour Seeking a Bookkeeper to handle all accounting functions related to shopping centers; accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting.
Experience with Yardi Breeze Premier is preferred but not required.
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Duties:
Tenant receivables/collections Account Payables:
segregate in invoices and enter into Yardi accounting software, cut checks for all bills entered, mail checks, file copies.
Provide bank balances to executive management with each payables run.
Assist with CAM, insurance and real estate tax billing/posting/collection.
Posting of journal entries, deposits, charge backs to tenant and general ledger.
Receivable report Preparation of 3-day notices Charge late fees, NSF fees and interest on past due balances.
Open/close bank accounts General and administrative duties
Qualifications:
3 years minimum accounting experience.
4-year college degree with strong accounting background.
Must be fluent in English Preferable have experience with Yardi Breeze Premier Pay
Benefits:
$26.
00 per hour plus overtime.
