The Senior Director, Product Management provides technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of leading SaaS clinical and business intelligence products and solutions. The leader will build and develop a product management organization including nearshore teams, architecture, UX, product marketing and product managers and go-to-market teams. The leader will produce strategic market analysis, competitive research, and a compelling product vision and roadmap. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing full lifecycle of products and all aspects of the product lifecycle, from vision through delivery through customer adoption. Understand customer and market needs to build compelling product roadmap - incorporate reliability, redundancy, security, performance, and ease of use into design. Identify and develop strategic customer relationships to obtain feedback on existing products, new market problems, and establish requirements for emerging products Manages, develops and leverages talented internal and external teams ultimately responsible for accelerating the organization's reputation as a clinical SaaS solution Collaborate with marketing, and sales leadership to establish the go-to market strategy, target prospective customers, and highlight competitive differentiator Assesses infrastructure and technology-related risks and establishes mitigative measures. Oversees the use of various platforms to deliver a more streamlined user experience. Develops, tracks, and controls the IT annual operating and capital budgets. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Expert knowledge and understanding of product management processes, practices, procedures and techniques Demonstrated knowledge in major technology innovation engagements for enterprise clients Knowledge of SDLC and custom developed software Knowledge of common business practices such as Agile and Kanban Superior people management skills:
Ability to bring groups together on a common goal Ability to think strategically and understand trends in technology, along with being able to translate those trends into opportunities for ongoing improvement Excellent project management skills; experience in organizing, planning and executing projects from vision through implementation, involving internal personnel, contractors and vendors; ability to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives Excellent written and communication skills, including engagement and communication with C-suite executives An inspiring leader, experienced in building and developing high performance teams; ability to create the optimal, scalable IT Team infrastructure and talent bank - recruiting, engaging, coaching and mentoring team members in support of their growth and increased contribution We're ChenMed and we're transforming healthcare for seniors and changing America's healthcare for the better. BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a closely related field required OR additional experience above the minimum may be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis Master's degree in a related IT discipline preferred 10
years of professional experience in Product Management in B2B or B2C Enterprise Software/SaaS
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Technical Product ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
